How to Send Your Digital Scans

The digital print cost is $12.10 per model.

We pay for any outgoing shipping cost.

Before sending us your scan:

1. When scanning a patient's mouth, please capture a full palate on any upper and 10mm below gingival on any lower.
2. Do not alter or allow software to alter the digtal scans. This includes adding bases, hollowing and etc.
3. We cannot accept scans of plaster models.

Please follow the steps below to get started:

1. STL Files: Prepare an email to scans@havenortho.com. Download and complete the Appliance RX, then add it as an attachment to your email. Attach the STL files and include the patient's first and last name in the subject line.
2. Itero: Contact Itero and request they add us as a Preferred Lab in your system. Our Itero ID is 443470.
3. Medit: In your system, go to My Account and then Invite Colleagues. Add our email lab@havenortho.com.
We will receive an invite to connect our systems.
4. Carestream (Dexis): In your system, go to Partners and then Invite A Partner. Add our email lab@havenortho.com.
We will receive an invite to connect our systems.
5. DS Core (Sirona, Cerec): To connect our systems, please use the provided invite link here.
