- 1. Submit your information below to request your Pre-Paid Mail Label.
- 2. Your Pre-Paid Mail Label will arrive in the email you provided on the submission form.
- 3. Print your Pre-Paid Mail Label.
- 4. If you have our Shipping Bag, securely tape the label to the bag and place your box inside, then seal.
- 5. If you would like to use your own box, securely tape the Pre-Paid Mail Label to the outside of the box.
- 6. Place the package with your outgoing letter mail. No need to take it to the post office.
- 7. Please send multiple cases in this package to save money.

If you are a new account, an Account # is not required.
Each Pre-Paid Mail Label can only be used once and has a unique tracking number.
Haven't Received Your Pre-Paid Mail Label?
- 1. The email you receive will be sent from shipping@havenortho.com. Please add us to your address book to avoid any incoming emails being marked as Spam/Junk.
- 2. Add us to your whitelist. If you are on Android, add us to your Approved Senders. If you are on IOS, add us to your Safe Senders List.
- 3. Pre-Paid Mail Labels are manually created every hour throughout the business day.
- 4. To receive your Pre-Paid Mail Label the same day, please request it no later than 4:00pm. Any request made after 4:00pm will arrive in the email you provided the next day, no later than 9:00am. All times are in CST.
